Das Château
Die Hektarfläche des Chateaus Le Gay weißt einen sehr alten Rebbestand auf und ist kleiner als 20 ha. Dieses Chateau hat ein sehr großes Potenzial, welches aber leider vor der Jahrhundertwende nicht all zu oft ausgeschöpft wird. Aber wenn es ein passiert kann dieser Wein überwältigend mit seiner Fülle, Massivität und Tanninreichtum überzeugen.
Seit 2006 gehört dieses Chateau Familie Pere-Verge welches auf großartigem Terroir liegt. In der Nähe befindet sich Chateau Trotanoy. Michel Rolland übernimmt die Vinifizierung was seit einigen Jahren Konstanz und Feinheit in diese Weine bringt.
