"The 2012 Grifi is a tasty blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon in equal measure. The wine delivers a slightly evolved profile with robust and luscious fruit at its core. This is especially true in terms of the bouquet where the wine reveals earthy intensity backed by savory and leathery overtones. However, the wine is pleasingly elegant and finessed overall.
